What would you recommend?

I saw that you were going to buy windows and I would just get the windows 10 technical preview, it works fine and would saves you almost 100 dollars.  I can send you the iso if you want

Why should i change the case to the Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid tower?

It's cheaper and more efficient for cooling due to its size.
