They're mainly known for their RAM, and according to reviews of this SSD, it's on par with a Kingston SSDNow V300 Series.

Since I  never heard of them,I think it is better if other people suggest

-Get a DAC or decent sound card

-Are DVD/blu ray necessary?

Honestly I have no idea how relevant each pc component is in a pc for music production, but I do know that ever nvidia card lower than the 750ti is crap, So maybe go with an APU ?

The problem with APU's (mainly) is that the investment is in the graphics, not the speed of the CPU. For instance, a $180 APU would have the graphics performance of, say, a GTX 650, but the actual performance is lesser than an i3.

Also, i have no issues going with a lower-end GPU; I'm not gaming with it.

Sound cards (Internal ones at that) aren't recommended for music production due to interference from the cables (being stretched around from the back of the system to the front audio ports)

What's recommended is an audio interface. It connects through USB. and is viewable (at least in Windows) as a dedicated sound interface, which is what you want I'm currently looking at a Behringer U-Phoria UM2. I'm just too lazy to add it.

As for DVD/Blu-Ray; Why not? i have some Blu-Ray discs and DVD's, why not add drives for them?

Also, are two optical drives needed? Because the bluray does DVD's as well.

The main reason for two is just to have a backup, the blu-ray drive i chose in particular isn't the best, plus, why not have a spare?
