My build is:
MSI Z87 MPOWER MAX
Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb
MSI GeForce GTX 770 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card
intel i5 4670k
corsair cx600m
Nothing is appearing on my screen when I'm connected to the GPU with an hdmi and I get debug code a0
when I use the onboard graphics, and I get debug code 62.

Prior to this, I had crashing issues where my computer would freeze instantly, then it would shut off and attempt to restart but fail, which occurred every 15 to 30 minutes after it the PC started running...any ideas?

Got another PC in your house? Test the RAM in that computer.

If it works, it's not RAM related.

It's definitely not GPU related.

If it was CPU, it wouldn't even try to debug.

Yea, try to flash the CMOS. I think that the prob might be MoBo related.
