Bootmgr is compressed!?!

hey, i just turned on my computer today and it says bootmgr is compressed! im not a genius at these things but i dont know how to fix it.

 

i havnt done anything to the computer, ive just played cs go all day and all night. 

 

one thing. really i never turn off my computer, im only putting it to sleep and, turning it on again in the morning.

plug in your usb/dvd with installation media

then hit repair

 

if that fails
