Please help me out , which is the best gpu at $250 , 

ONLY FOR VIDEO RENDERING PURPOSE 

290? I believe that once is at 250 ,

 

EDIT: not sure if that is the best fit for rendering..

a used 290 or used 770

The Fastest 8350 @5.33Ghz with a score of 9.16pts in Cinebench 11.5
