Hi! I was wondering if the FX 6300 will bottleneck the MSI r9 280x 3gb twin frozr.

In newer AAA titles no, but in older titles or single-threaded games such as MMOs yes. However no game will bottleneck you to the point where it'll be unplayable.

Should i go with the 8320 or 8350 ? and 8 gb ram for the games i play ? borderlands 2 , bf 4 , far cry 4 ? Keep in mind that im not an ultra settings kind of guy ....high is enough for me.

no, you should go with an i5-4440 and a cheap H81 motherboard or an i5-4460 and a cheap H97 motherboard...once you factor in the price for a proper motherboard for the AMD FX and a CPU cooler for the thing you'll end up spending more for less performance.

I didnt knew that intel works with that gpu. Thanks

not only does it works...but an i5 like that will perform a hell of a lot better in games than even an FX-9590.

Could you afford something like this or is that too expensive?

AMD makes awesome GPU for the price...but their CPU's are old and outdated and in games they perform worse than even an intel haswell core i3...so make sure you pick an intel CPU if you're a gamer (no fanboyism i owned an FX-8320 i know how they play games i owned one for 3 months before i upgraded to something better..) just google for gaming benchmarks if you do not trust me.
