Hard drives vibrate cause they move. Given you're using the rubber HDD mounts on the Midi R2, there's not really anything to make this better aside from get an SSD.

 

 

No reason to not use the rubber HDD mounts since it's pre applied.

 

Damn, It's really annoying. :(

My hard drive (Using Arc Mini R2) is annoying when I start to use it.

Yeah I have the same problem... There is no solution.

Use silicon, around the screws, it may help with the vibration
