nope doesnt even turn on anymore but still getting lights,  I know everything works, fans, psu, mobo were all on but didnt post

Hm maybe try something drastic by taking it all apart then putting it back together, it might help I've had problems(not computer building ones) that can't be fixed by any diagnostic process but when I started from the beginning it works.

The case speaker is the 2 pin speaker connected to the header on the motherboard near where you connect for the power button, reset button etc.

it is really just a buzzer

My motherboard doesn't emit buzzing noises. It emits beeps.

Remove the graphics card and try again.

ive tried that and also put it in a another pcie slot :/ also pulled all the cables waited for a bit and then put everything back, no go. Funny the fans actually spin for a bit as a start up when the PSU cable is not connected :/ its a 970 strix so fans dont spin until its under load :/
