This can go both ways as if you would ordred something by mistake and could`nt cancel your order.

Well, I have made an order and then changed my mind and canceled it.

Well, they can.

 

The reason they can is because they can legitimately claim there has been a mistake. If there is no precedence of said product at that price, they get away with it in courts.

people get drunk and order shit that they would never normally order. This is not an unusual thing and it has only gotten easier as time has gone on.
