You shouldn't have paid for Windows at that point, since buying a copy from reddit/G2A is pretty much as good as pirating.

I'd really recommend saving up a tad more. $300 mark has really bad offerings... If you spend a bit more you'll be in the sweet spot of price to performance

Pretty decent for only 10$ more. However there are MRBs so watch out. Also do you know what an apostrophe is supposed to do? xD (Game's)

The PSU is very low quality, consider upgrading it ASAP. As well, the CPU isn't the best thing out there, but you can OC it on the stock cooler with this motherboard okay and you can play most games at Medium to Ultra settings at 720p or 1080p.

At the price range he can just buy a dell/hp/lenovo and buy a gpu later. Makes no sense to build at that budget legitimately. Not to mention warranties that are covered for someone that simple.

I mean, you could get a HEC Vigilance or rummage around the house for an old case and get something decent, such as a CX series or EVGA +/B series. Good luck.
