Is my cpu a bottleneck

Silly willy, how could you even consider that a bottleneck? :P

Ok. I was just wondering because in bf3 I play on a mixture of medium and ultra but when I go to full ultra I get around 40-50fps is this normal. I have 14gb of ram. Yes weird amount. Upgrading soon

Oh at my normal settings I get around 105ish

I love gaming,pc building,talking tech.

For a 7950, that's fairly standard.

What are you upgrading? Nothing really needs upgrading, unless you really want 60+ fps, in which case I'd just grab another 7950 and wait for the new crossfire drivers.
