hi folding peeps 

 

i have been working on it for a hour 

 

reinstalled F@H

 

reinstalled driver (gtx 780ti) 344.75

 

it happened after windows updates. and i cannot get it to work again

That is weird. I know sometimes you can get stuck for a day or two trying to download a bad WU, but that kernel error is a weird one. I have seen some references that this could be an OpenCL problem and mismatched versions or something.

 

Solution: It was a mixmatch of opencl drivers. I had opencl-nvidia installed with nvidia-304xx drivers. Once I changed opencl-nvidia to opencl-nvidia-304xx it fixed the problem and started folding. Thanks for the help!

 

Now, I don't know how to choose your OpenCL drivers. :) So if anyone knows...

Make sure you do a CLEAN install first (updating or rolling back a driver does not delete everything) remove the driver reboot and install this version.

Then reboot again reinstall F@H and carry on!

i completely reinstall windows 7 + all drivers :)

 

it is not the nvidia driver it was fine 3 days ago
