I have a cooler already

and i'll buy an os from someplace else. but aside from that what would you change ? i tried my best , being kinda new pc building.

This but replace the 285 with a 280, and the 4670K with a 4690K for better temps and thus better OCs.

For 2 degrees difference between the 280 and the 285, it's not that much of a concern.

The 280 has more VRAM and is a bit cheaper. That's why I'd go with that. The 4690K has a better TIM between the die and the heat spreader, original Haswell was infamous for awful TIM.

And I simply was curious why he wants an unlocked processor.
