3612QM not hyper threadng

So I just got my laptop back from a mother board repair and i noticed that it only had for cores in windows. i downloaded cpu-z and it says 4 cores, 4 threads. I have set ms config to all cores, reflashing bios, re installing windows. still no luck 

 

I am running windows 7 home premium 64bit 

with a 3612qm and 8gb of ram.

Go into the bios, it will have a option to turn on hyperthreading

Check your Laptops UEFI and see if there's an option for Enable/Disable Hyperthreading anywhere.

Try to find a video that shows every option, if it is Mr. generic BIOS then he might not be able to enable it

It's probably a Mr.Generic BIOS.
