Yo're comparing DDR3 to DDR4? 

What are you using it for? We need more info.

of course DDR4, but it is not always noticeable

You are comparing two different kinds of RAM - DDR4 and DDR3, which makes no sense. Other than that, brand doesn't really matter when it comes to system memory.
