Help with my new build!

Hi, i am currently planning a new pc gaming build for primary csgo, diablo 3 , dota 2 and hearthstone at high or max settings with 120+fps. For games like bf4 and latest cod, rainbow six seige, hopefully can get medium settings. All games i normally will have some sort of filter on like MSAAx4.

The build is as follows

CPU: i5 4690

GPU GTX 970 (MSI or Asus, I really do not know which one to pick. I am afraid of GPU sagging so might favor ASUS version, which has a backplate and lower chance of coil whine noise )

Motherboard : Any recommendations?

RAM ( 8BG gaming ram, any recommendations?)

Power Supply { Any recommendations?}

I will be using my old SSD (Samsung 840 EVO ) And HDD ( WD 1TB Blue)

Also,  one question, Will the Gtx 970 be bottlenecked by the i5 processor in more cpu intensive games(eg. starcraft 2) ?
