this is a build i am planning on,can i know is pirating windows worth it if so i can save a lot of money cause i am not in the us,this build is temporary so can i play games at 1080p  at 30fps or above when playing titanfall,minecraft,cs:go and more

If thats all and your goal is 30 frames  then this should be fine. For minecraft apus run it 60 frames fancy textures easily so no problems there. For the others, you should be able to turn a few things down (ex antialising,etc) and pull of 1080p 30fps (maybe even 60 depending on what the game was built for(nivida or radon graphics)) easily.

Looks good for your purposes, maybe get the CX500M though.

3 things:

- i've *personally* had bad experience with WD blue, they tend to vibrate.

- 430 watts seems low, not that i know much about amd cards tho.

- pirating windows is morally wrong.

Screw morals, world is run by money unfortanetly. Also, 430 watts is fine, seen that power supply in plenty of other builds more intense than this one. (amd fx seris can use it fine plus with 700 seris nivida card)

Not saying its okay, it was a joke, but if you have to abosuloutly necessary, then might as well. or you could always get windows xp for free. Up to you.
