Youtube really slow!

Lately youtube on Chrome is really slow

but on Internet Explorer, Safari and Firefox its not, Why?

 

I can not load a 1080p in Chrome but on IE, Safari and Firefox it loads instantly

 

Does Chrome limit the outgoing and incoming connections for Youtube (it may sound stupid because I don't now anything about that)

Try clearing your cache history on chrome.

 

Also, remove unneeded plugins and clear your download and browsing history

@Sukka38 a 1080p60fps video or regular 1080p? 

1080p60fps is not working great at the moment for me

tried several times did not work but trying it in incognito mode worked.

But still, why not in normal mode.

A bit drastic, but just remove all cache, history, forms,....... from chrome, deinstall it, reinstall it

Try debugging Plugins one by one (DIsable~enable vice versa) until the culprit is found or clear everything (remove all plugins,Uninstall chrome,delete leftover files and install again)

Tried everything you sad , still not working 

But if there is no other choice I will watch YT in incognito mode

So not the french side.

But I do understand  french a little bit  because we learn it in school!
