Intel NUC Components As Handheld?

I am not necessarily thinking of doing this, but would an Intel NUC motherboard + CPU set work as a handheld if you could get a Lithium-Ion battery and a screen that would fit a handheld form factor? Also with windows but as a custom version.

It would sort of be in the style of a Nintendo GBA.

Something like a MacBook Air.... The problem is people don't need an i5 inside of a 3DS. There is no point. A MacBook Air maybe or even a surface pro.

that is not the point, the point is that it would be an ultra portable gaming pc as well as something you could use to type up stuff, if needs be.

also if your not interested in something, common courtesy is to leave the thread alone and not clutter it up with your negative bullshit.

So build it. You can buy little 4" screens, tiny blue tooth keyboard+trackpad, buy a hinge from the hardware store and bolt everything together. You could probably have it up an running in less than 3 hours. As for the battery, good luck. Unless it's proprietary it's going to be huge and unadaptable.
