Cpu or Gpu problem?

So this morning i tried to overclock my cpu and my video card...I got stable 4 ghz just with multiplier (amd 965) and 881/1201 mhz gpu (sapphire HD 7750)... Everything was fine while playing but 20 minuts ago i wanted to check temperature of cpu with Prime95,it raised untill 50° after 10 minuts and i got blue screen error with "clock watchdog timeout" error and it restarted,once at desktop i got this as well (immage attached) ...What are this errors about? Thanks

You overclocked your cpu, got a blue screen after 10 minutes, you really need to make a post to know what's going on?

As i said i overclocked both...So i dont know what can be the problem...Since,as i said temperatures were ok (50° Max)...And,its my first time i ever overclock...So forgive me Mr. IgetMadEasly
