ROCCAT RYOS MK Pro?

Go to solution Solved by Ostwind,

Is the wrist rest comfortable?

You should quote someone so they know you replied to their post, you should also follow any threads you make so that you get notified when someone posts on your thread. That being said the wrist rest was as comfortable as any other board I have used. I had a bit of difficulty adjusting as the Ryos was five or six times thicker than my old keyboard and almost twice as thick as a normal keyboard, keep that in mind if you plan on buying.

I have the non pro Ryos MK but aside from the backlight there's no difference. It's heavy, huge and solidly built. The three "thumbster" buttons are actually convenient in their placement but someone with smaller hands might have trouble hitting them. It has media controls that are access via a function key but the play/pause/next track keys are on the left on the F1-F4 keys rather than the F9-F12 keys which makes changing tracks a two hand job and that's rather annoying. I just ended up putting volume and media control on the thumbster buttons which made it much more convenient. The software is alright and it keeps track of your keystrokes if you care about that kind of thing, the macro setup process it alright but it's not as streamlined as it could be. Overall the board is decent overall and the software works well.
