If you don't have any other OS in your computer, you will become unable to boot into windows... You will need to install an OS again. If you are wondering if the HD will break and become unusable, no, it wont break.

Planning on trying StarCitizen (Highly recommended)? STAR-NR5P-CJFR is my referal link

@Number Lots of different confusing posts. ^^^not sure wth that is about

But there's a couple different scenarios, the most probable is that you have win 7/8 installed on 1 partition, and windows 10 installed on another.

The OS you installed last should have installed it's own boot-loader. Linux normally installs the boot-loader onto the Linux partition. But I believe windows creates a special hidden boot partition and stores the boot-loader files there. So if you delete windows 10, the windows 10 boot-loader should "in-theory" still be installed, and depending on how it was configured, you may or may not be able to get into your windows partition.

TL;DR

You may or may not have to re-install the boot-loader but your data and OS install will be fine
