I'd personally go with the Corsair, but only because i trust their gear more than most other companies. You might find better cooling with the Asetek though, so it's depends on what you want.

Which cpu should I get. I have a intel I7-4790k and an asus sabertooth z97 mark 1

Should I get a asetek 570LX (240mm radiator) or a corsair hydro H80i

For a CPU AIO, don't get anything smaller than a 240mm AIO.  Also, avoid the H80i and H100i, they both have numerous problems, and are just not worth the headache.  There are many alternatives.  I'm a big fan of the Cooler Master Nepton 240M.  Excellent performance, very low noise, no need to replace the fans, 5 year warranty, etc..
