Hey there.

just saw there 1080p cam in this video:

 

 

and im wondering what the attachment at for example 7:04 on it, is?

looks like a wirless mic transmitter on the hand held and on the lumix ist is a rhode boom mic

If you're talking about the large box on the handle, that would be the camera's in built audio interface.
