Well, I've listened about an individual fan control from MSI. I tried from afterburner, but it controls both fans at the time, I need to control only one. Which app should I use? It is twin Frozr v version...

As far as I know you can not control the speed of each fan on the GPU individually unless its a 780/290x lighting card.
