So, Ambient temps really do matter.

I opened my balcony door for a few minutes (well, forgot to close it) and its about -35C. Even while folding, this is the warning I got when I got back to my PC(after closing my door and my room went back to normal temperatures) :

And now its back up to 60C on each core. Thats AMD for ya!

 

Also, my case is on the ground and basically open air (no side panels on) so the cold ass wind got to it reallllly quickly.

Dude I would keep it open. Here is what you should do, open the window, turn off all the fans and enjoy. It should come bout 30 degrees with passive cooling. 

But then I would have to wear a jacket and my parents would kill me for wasting the heat.

Leave your door open and overclock the living shit out of everything in your system. It's a great idea.

lol, do this. close all the heatvents to a room, overclock like mad, and let it run. I was thinking of running some tubing from outside to pull air from, worried about condensation though

Overclocking ideas are great but I'll have to find a time when my mom isn't home so she doesn't yell at me for making the whole top floor cold as dicks.
