I was fiddling with start up items and trying to clean boot with only my wireless dongle but it wasn't working so I reset it back to the way I had it and now my of appears at the "your PC ran in to a problem" whenever it gets to the sign in.

Also F8 won't boot to see mode for me.

How fucked am I?

Dude, always have some simple tools backed up. Like a Windows Repair tool, a system image, installation disk (win7 or win8).

However, from the earlier posts I also think that a clean OS install in your solution. Else, contact Microsoft.

ASRock X99X Killer, i7 5820K @4Ghz, 16Gb Crucial DDR4, 2x 250Gb Samsung Evo, WD 2TB Black + 2TB Red, Corsair 750D, EVGA Supernova G2 850 & GTX 980 (ref.)

BACKUP

I have some back ups on my hard drive.

I might just clone my OS drive to my hard drive in case it does something like this.

I used to have windows 8 lying around somewhere, I'll have a look.
