GTX 760 Performance Issues

 I am having heavy frame drops while playing Borderlands 2 maybe 10-20 while exploring and even more in gunfights. If anyone can help me figure out why I am experiencing these issues i will really appreciate it. and even more in gunfights

Amd Fx 6300

16 GB Ram 

750 Watt Psu (Less than 6 Months Old)

Resolution: 1920x1080

Bullet Decals: Off

Foliage Distance:Far

Texture Quality:High

Game Detail: Medium

View Distance:Low

Physx Effects:Off

FXAA:On
