Good MATX motherborads?

I'm looking to upgrade my computers motherboard and CPU at a low price and I was wondering if someone could help me find a good matx motherboard for less than $100.

Can someone tell me if this is good or not?

 

I'm not sure what my current motherboard is, but i know that my computer is a Gatway dx4840

CPU: i3 550 I want to get an i5

i5-2500k

I like the color scheme of Noctua fans. Deal with it. Forget about the bad memories of the past.

There is only 4 mobo manufacturers worth talkin` about really (Asus,MSI,Gigabyte,ASRock) and they all make good stuff.....as for CPU "older" i5 2500k or Ivy Bridge i5 3570k (K means CPU is unlocked, so it`s good to go for OC) !!!
