Arcic Silver 5 is outdated, use Arctic MX-4 or Noctua NT-H1 or the stuff that comes with your CPU cooler.

 

Try to squeeze a SSD in there. It's well worth it.

 

Other than that it looks good. Don't know if you care about the GTX 970s flaws... ;)
