So about 3 days ago I had that urge to use Omegle and speak to strangers. In my interests tab I have written "PC" and "pcmasterrace" to find another brother. And there it is, found someone. So we started talking, and we really did that for almost 30-40 minutes. Basically he's living in Serbia and he has a shitty PC and wants to upgrade. He wants to get himself a new PC but he can't find any good local shops, and he doesn't trust the other online shops (ebay, amazon, etc..). I added him on Skype and there we started talking a lot. Now here's the deal. I really want to help him as I was lost 'bout 1 year ago, until mighty GabeN showed me the light. His budget is "I got 650 ish and a few hundred more in the bank." (euros). And now I'm asking you guys, in the name of GabeN, please help me find a good place where he could get everything he needs. (Doesn't actually need to be in Serbia, but it's recommended - but a good international retailer which would ship to Serbia is ok aswell.) So he could build his rig and play calmly with his girlfriend and his buddies.

I will be also editing pretty often so I can inform you about the current situation.

Thank you very much.

Pcpartpicker.com, and see if they have retailers for his country.

And really.... Amazon will be his best bet (depending on his area), he is really limiting himself ALOT by saying "no amazon".

His only concern about all these online retailers is that , as he told me - his country has pretty high taxes and it'll cost him very much by buying outside the country.

Amazon is the shit. No matter how many problems, customer service is amazing.

RuneScape is still the best MMO ever made.

If Omegle dude isn't comfortable with amazon I don't know where you're going to find a more legitimate site.

Amazon is kind of a no-no when it comes to Serbia. You can't really order anything other than a DVD or a Book.

As for your Omegle guy, tell him to go and buy parts from Emmi (emmi.rs) or PcPractic (pcpractic.rs). All these shops can ship parts via courier service, if he lives in some village. The shipping is around 10$ for a whole PC.

If he wants a local eBay, Limundo and KupujemProdajem are pretty much what he needs.
