Please explain to me the differences between these phones

So, my dad was thinking about looking at getting me a phone. I have my choice of an SIII or no phone, but I kinda want him to look at the A5 that just rolled out not long ago if it is not too much more expensive. But... How much faster is the A5 in terms of the CPU and graphics? I'm kinda clueless when it comes to phone hardware and the speeds of them. I have the spec sheets for both phones from GSMArena (since they seem pretty damn legit).

Because GSMArena automatically shows the Exynos version.

 

I think  the 410 edges out the Exynos, and the S4 beats both of them.

 

I think Samsung has cut down on the bloat features in recent versions Touchwiz especially for mid range phones like the A5. Though the SIII also has A LOT of third party software support if you're in to that kind of thing, rooting, custom ROMs, etc. 

 

I'd go

1. A5 = S4 version with rooting

2. S4 Stock

3. Exynos Version

I think you'll get a better value if you don't go with Samsung. You can get the HTC One M7 for as low as $150 as well as other phones like the Moto G.
