Ex- or Internal soundcard?

sound cards do not give better sound than your integrated sound.

If you want better computer sound, you need an external DAC / amp (Digital to Analogue Converter with amplifier).

I heared that external don't have this buzzing when you turn them up without music. If so I might look into buying one. I'm open for recommandations.

Externa because there will be less interference. But don't get a sound card get an AMP/DAC. Yo sound won't improve much with just a sound card.

A "sound card" usually IS an amp/dac, and I agree, external is the way to go if you are unsatisfied with your onboard sound.  Added bonuses:  frees up a slot in the case, more flexible with placement on your desktop (especially nice with shorter headphone cords!), usually have an analog volume knob, better resale value if you decide to try something else, easy to unplug and move to a different computer, etc.

What's a good one?

The only time I might recommend an internal sound card is if you want to feed a 5.1 speaker system...  or if you have proaudio concerns (but you likely wouldn't be asking here if you did.)

Beyond that we would need to know what you plan on driving with it.  Headphones?  Speakers?  Which ones?

that video is full of crap. Soundcards, internal of external, can give better sound than integrated audio on the motherboard. It comes down to implementation of the onboard audio. Some get it right while others fail miserably

PC Audio Setup = Beyerdynamic DT 770 pro 80 ohm and Sennheiser pc37x (also for xbox) hooked up to Schiit Fulla 3
