Anyone else having shipping problems with amazon?

When i buy from amazon i try to get everything shipped from and sold by Amazon LLC. I ordered 960 on the 31st, paid for 2 day shipping and it still hasn't started shipping. the 1st i order the hyper 212 evo (i got prime) selected 2day and it said "expected delivery 10th of February" anyone else having this problem?

Check your credit card and see if you were charged. If theres a problem with the card the shipment usually says prepping for shipping for multiple days

If it does not get deliver by the guarrentee date complain to amazon. You will more than likely refund you the cost for the 2 day shipping. Even if you have amazon prime still complain.

You need to make sure the item is in stock when you order.  I have ordered things that were not in stock and had to wait like a week for it to be back in stock before it shipped.  Once it shipped I got it in 2 days.

it charged. the money is gone.

the 960 is going in and out of stock all the time. I bought it while insock (3 left)

As long as the item was not out of stock at the time of purchase, and it doesn't arrive in two days you can contact Amazon and they can either give you a discount on your next purchase or add a free month to your Prime Membership.  This has happened to me only a few times and every time I was able to get a free month of Prime.  They have incredible customer service.
