So I just switched case and after i while my computer just randomly restarts without giving me any warnings. I didn't think it was a problem so I waited for the computer to restart and kept on playing. But after while it again just randomly restarts. Any solutions? Can I have done somthing wrong in the build up in the new case?

Try booting in safe mode, and see if it stops doing that. Than, identify if there are any drivers missing and/ or outdated. If not, some program might act retarded in thinking it needs to restart over and over again. Try to recall exactly what you changed just before this started happening ;) If you don't know for sure, check the system restore points, they might know.

Usually - and by that I mean in all of my experiences, a power supply is the culprit of random shutting down with no software warning.  If it was something like the motherboard or cmos battery you'd probably get some kind of error or it simply would refuse to start up (not post).

I even had an instance of changing cases, where my older PSU started randomly turning off my system, then replacing the PSU fixed everything.  I believe it was a case where it was getting ready to die, but possibly having it taken out and powered off completely for a while, then re powering it stressed it out enough so that it would die.  Either that or I damaged it in removal somehow (meh, most IT guys don't know how to troubleshoot the PSU itself, I'll learn one day).

There may be better methods of troubleshooting but I usually start with the PSU, either by trying it in spare system or trying a spare PSU on said system.  If you find out it's the PSU see if it's under warranty.
