stream buffering

hello i started streaming few weeks ago and im streaming on 3000 bitrate and people keep saying that my stream keeps buffering when resolution is 1080p here is my internet speed please help me and tell me how do i fix it btw im not droping any frames

Sounds like it's your viewers Internet because you should be able to stream anything no probs.

What service are you streaming through?

 

Odds are @JAKEBAB is correct, your viewers probably just have shitty internet.

I suggest contacting Twitch support then, so they can verify that your streaming is working without a hitch. Once they confirm that, then you should direct any viewers who are having buffering issues to contact both Twitch support and their ISP support.

 

But odds are, they just have bad internet.

 

I'd also suggest creating a Straw Poll next time you stream, asking if people are having buffering issues (with a Yes and No option) and see how many people are actually having issues.
