Razer Synapse Problems

Okay, so basically I got a new Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 Edition a little while ago and i plugged it all in let synapse update it and it worked fine for about a week then all the sudden the W key died and wouldn't press all the other keys were fine though, but then I uninstalled synapse and it worked again I was wondering if there was some way that I could make it work with synapse because I don't get the full potential out of my Razer Deathadder mouse or Razer Kraken 7.1 headset without synapse.

It's just tweaking the software and updating it. I had issues with the naga I was using and it was the software being problematic, it fixed itself with updates.

Honestly I'd like Razer software if they stop forcing me to restart the system to make changes work. Even if with my SSD it boots fast, I don't want to restart damn it!.
