Maybe because you might need to manually flash the card to fix the black screen issue, that was last year though.

CONS

A couple days later fan noise is bad but Ive heard worse. A week later one of the fan blades actually broke off at 69% fan speed. Nothing was in the way of the fan. it simply started to vibrate suddenly then CRACK. Nearly gave me a heart attack and I'm glad the case was closed lol. I ordered a liquid gpu cooler to replace the clearly defective fans. Now all is good, but Ill never take a chance with PowerColor again. Just pay the extra and get the same card from powercolor that comes with the factory liquid cooler.

 

The only negative amazon review.
