700 series cards will work for a Hackintosh right?

If there are third party or first party drivers written for it, yes.

Yes, they are. For clarification, go on tonymacx86's site, and look at the build guide. He now includes the new GPUs, such as the Titan, 780, and 770 as suggested graphics cards.
