External Battery for Windows 8 Tablet

I am looking for an external battery to use with my Samsung ATIV Smart PC Pro 700t: http://www.samsung.com/us/business/tablet-pcs/XE700T1C-A03US

 

Ideally it needs to be powerful enough to charge the tablet's battery while in use. Anyone got any ideas?

I want to be able to carry the battery with me, so small enough to fit inside a laptop bag.  In terms of capacity, large enough to charge the tablet at least once.
