Hi!

I may swap out my 970s to r9 380xes because of the memory issue.

However, in  order to do this I have to knew a few info.

1. When is it going to be released?

2. What will the price be?

3. Will it be better then the GTX 970?

1. Q2 of this year. After April, Before July

2. IDK, AMD may make their margin big cause of exclusive 20nm and HBM

3. Yup 1024 memory bus :)

Well I hope it is under 3500 "SEK" (swedish krona).

Also how long time will I be able to get fully repayed by NVidia for my 970s?

Never, Nvidia will never give you your money back, its almost official

I just read a article on this forum a few days ago that Nvidia will help you to get your money back?

Also what they did was against the law, so this is the least they can do

I'm willing to put money on the fact that what they did wasn't technically against the law.

Please tell me how it was against the law ? The card physically has 4gb the issue is if you go between 3.5 - 4gb the cards performance tanks hardcore, BUT it still has that full 4gb so not its not ilegal. Also there is nothing wrong with your card if you not gaming in 4k

Do you buy a new car everytime you get a puncture ? Calm the hell down !

So you tell me it is legal to lie?. It have worse specs then advertised?, Also I cannot call that a 4 GB card because the last 0.5 GB is very slow. Nvidia knew this and they did not say it. That us against the law.

Btw I have no car. And car is not my hobby it is computers, So I don't care about how much better a car is against another

Why are you swapping out your cards?

I am not "swapping them" but if there is a better option for same price i rather take it

If there was a better option for the same price you wouldn't have bought them in the first place. Can you return your cards for a full refund? Even if you can, what were you thinking about getting to replace them?
