What are your guys' thoughts and experiences with the Corsair AF120 Quiet Edition fans? I'm hoping to use them for case intake.

I am currently using 4x- af140s(2 ins and 2 outs) and 1x- af120 exchaust with the Recon fan controller. I have to say that I am impressed with the airflow and how quiet they are. Even if i were to turn them up all the way up it is still very tolerable with the case setting right next to me on the desk.

I use them for intakes on my case, very decent airflow and clean looking fans.

I very much second this. I run them at full speed since they're pretty quiet (I'm not so much of a quiet freak). But I would recommend them.

I actually bought an AF120 high performance to try vs my SP120 QE's, it's only slightly louder than a SP120 QE at full speed, but moves 2x the CFM, so it's great for open air environments.

It's still pretty audible at full speed, but not terrible, I don't use it above 7v anyways though.

I've got a couple of the AF120 Quiet LED in the front of my case, they pull in a decent amount of air and are relatively quiet. I'd really prefer if they were CWM but the SP120's do not have LED's. I'd recommend them if you're looking for nicely priced fans

its pretty good at performance and looking, but keep in mind that the led version is a bit louder than the normal ones
