Perhaps AMD's APUs. Maybe the Richland ones in particular. If you go that route, make sure you get higher clocked RAM. HIgher clocked, the better.

You should have a hard drive already.. A 1TB hdd is like $65 if you don't

Thanks I don't know much about amd and their products but it is pretty much impossible to build a cheap intel system with the cheapest processor being 200 dollars and you can't overclock it

I have a monitor keyboard and mouse and I I can I would like to micro atx with intel CPUs and an nvidia graphics but I am open to amd I just don't know how they compare to intel and nvidia performance wise

A Smidge over 800 but under 900.

 

you could get a cheaper cooler, and you would need some extra case fans, but the main things are there and sorry no USB 3.0 on the case its so cheap that if you want a usb header case with a side window it will be a little more money.
