i already have a gaming setup and a tv

Only get Xbox 360 + GTA V if you plan on playing more on the system.

GTA V is not worth it alone..

Thanks for the advice , do you recommend a controller that is good (not more expensive than that xbox wireless controller) , wireless ( i hate wires) , and has support from games from steam

Unfortunately there isn't much else wireless over the official wireless 360. If you would think about wired I'd recommend the Razer Sabertooth.

Dreadnaught: Intel Core i7 970 3.2GHz, Silverstone TD-02, ASUS Rampage III Extreme, Kingston Fury White 24GB 1866MHz, Crucial BX100 250GB + Seagate 2TB SSHD, AMD Radeon Sapphire R9 390 Nitro, NZXT S340 White, Bitfenix Fury 650W, BenQ XL2730Z.

No worries :)

I don't know much about hooking up wireless controllers, You need a Bluetooth adapter, it should be pretty easily done, there's a wealth of info on the topic online.

As for controller type, i'v used two xbox types, the regular 360 one and a razer edition. Perosnlly I love the regular 360 one, its more or less perfect to me. Maybe you van get a cheap online, or from your friends? :)

A 2nd hand Xbox 360 wireless controller :P

They are just the best wireless controllers IMHO

I voted for choice 2. Although, get an Xbox One controller as opposed to a 360 controller. The One controller is pure bliss compared to the 360 controller.

Get the controller + hdmi and wait if GTA V will be actually good. Play some other games for the time being.
