Quadro FX 3700 for PhysX?

Mistral

Hey guys,

I have an old Quadro FX 3700 lying about, would I see any benefit from running it as a PhysX paired with my GTX 770??

I have a big enough psu for the extra power and an Maximus VI Hero.

I play a few physx enabled games, just wondering if anyone has an experience with this kind of thing.

Cheers!!

i5 4440 (upgrade impending), ASUS Maximus VI Hero, Corsair vengance 8gb 1600mhz, GTX 770, samsung 840 evo 120GB, 1tb WD Black, Corsair RM650, H100i, Corsair Air 540.

Quadro cards do support Physx as long as you use the right drivers. I'm not sure about dedicated, doesn't hurt to try.

I dont think it will work.

Quadro cards dont work as physix cards , i might be wrong.

You are both plain wrong.

And you made me get an account on this forum too, thank you both. *bows*
