Well since everything is pretty much the same, it's gonna come down to cooling. The fan on the SFX is much smaller, I believe it's 80mm, compared to a regular ATX PSU, in 120mm. The smaller the fan, the more it's going to have to spin to keep components cool. Most power supplies won't even turn it's fan on until it reaches a certain temperature, same with the graphics card. If I were to guess, I would say the mitx system.
