“It would seem that Our Lord finds our desires not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea. We are far too easily pleased.”

64 GB is nuts!!!

32GB will be ok for Minecraft

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

32GB of RAM should be good for Minecraft and Terreria.

Website?

Website?

Depends on how many people at once are using it and how intensive the scripts are, but for the most part 2GB should be plenty..

EDIT: If you don't have dynamic pages and only static HTML/CSS/JavaScript(which is executed serverside) then even 200MB would be enough for most folks.

EDIT2: That's without the OS 'fcourse

CPU: Ryzen 3 3600 | GPU: Gigabite GTX 1660 super | Motherboard: MSI Mortar MAX | RAM: G Skill Trident Z 3200 (2x8GB) | Case: Cooler Master Q300L | Storage: Samsung 970 EVO 250G + Samsung 860 Evo 1TB | PSU: Corsair RM650x | Displays: LG 27'' G-Sync compatible 144hz 1080p | Cooling: NH U12S black | Keyboard: Logitech G512 carbon | Mouse: Logitech g900

So 32gb will last me a while right?

Yes. I don't know how much processing power do Minecraft and Teraria require tho. Maybe that's another thing you'd want to check.

What CPU do you plan to use?

Also network bandwidth and speeds might be another issue for a big server.

I don't think you'll be well off if only having 32 GB of RAM havgin both a website as well as an MC-Server.

It really depends on the Users you expect - but expect to run into issues only having 32 GB doing both with max users at the same time.

Well there's a huge difference between a xeon and a xeon. Are we talking straight hypothetical situation here? You don't seem very "involved".

The web server requires VERY little RAM. Especially if you don't have a separate VM for it and they're all running on the same OS.

As for minecraft, I haven't really tinkered that much with it, I'm pretty sure the RAM is used mostly for the world to be copied for each player.

I'd say the CPU will fall short before the RAM, especially if you have a lot of mods.
