Yes should be alright all though the 2gb of ram, will make you set the viewing distance to a lower setting, and be sure your playing at nothing above 1080p on ultra, otherwise you'll have  abad time

I don't have HD monitor yet will upgrade soon but my resolution is 1680x1050 so I might be able to run at high settings right?

Biggest bottleneck there would be your GPU. (assuming you have 8gb of RAM when you start playing)

CPU should hold out fine.

Run it? Sure... But its probably not gonna run very well on a 750Ti (still better than consoles )
