Please get a SSD, it's a must for a build like this. 

Probably a Samsung 850 Evo, would be a good option. 

 

Apart form that, everything looks good.

Looks good, IMO Asus/Gigabyte boards are the best though

Please get a SSD, it's a must for a build like this.

Because 8.8TB isn't enough, therefore adding in an extra 4TB is required right?

That and 8 Industrial Noctua fans, the Cosmos II, a fan controller, triple rad, and a $200 version of windows 7.
