Sabertooth vs Gd-65

Ok so if these boards were the exact same price which would you get and why, and yes these boards are the z87 version. These boards would be used for some big overclocking (like 4.6-.8 ghz) and also gaming.

Sabertooth because of the Asus software that it comes with. And it looks beast aswell.

matter of preference i would get the sabertooth because i love the aesthetic of them and the thermal armor can be easily painted making it really versatile. Build wise ive seen the sabertooth boards being really solid overclockers dont know much about the gd 65 in that area but i would imagine its similar in that regard. either way my vote is most times if not every time gonna be the sabertooth

The Sabertooth is a lot more expensive than it should be IMO.  In that case you might as well get the Maximus VI Hero.  But I think the GD65 is a very solid board as well.

Yah I know the sabertooth is expensive but my microcenter is having a sale so they are the same price.

I would consider the Sabertooth just for paintjobs, mainboardwise I'm very happy with MSI, plus they don't have these whiny fans on them

The Sabertooth is overpriced IMO..But on that note i have one and love it..My 3570k runs smooth at 4.5 with no issues and it looks amazing..I had the same chioce to make and i went with Sabertooth because where i went to buy the GD65 was a open box lol. :)

The GD65 has more power phases which will help in your overclock.
